Cross-Cutting Architecture & Conventions

• Role-aware navigation: The sidebar (FixedNavigation) is organized into MY WORK, MY WORK - FINANCE, MY WORK - DEPT, MY EMPLOYMENT, MANAGE MY TEAM, and LEISURE & LEARNING sections. The same module (e.g., ProjectHub, Payroll) appears under multiple sections with role-specific entry points.
• Company-scoped data: Most entities carry a company_id; system-default records (is_system_default) are seeded once and overridden per company, with original_system_default_id retained for restore.
• Reporting Authority (RA) scoping: The reporting_manager_id field on Employee drives every "team" view — team attendance, team performance, team offboarding, team recruitments, team tickets, team learning.
• Frontend-first with mock data: Many screens currently render from in-file mock data and do not yet persist changes (e.g., resignation approve/reject, offboarding retain). Entity schemas and backend functions exist for the production paths.
• File storage: End-user uploads default to UploadPrivateFile (stored privately); public files are only used when explicit public access is required.
• Alci AI assistant: An in-app AI chat bubble and per-step video panels assist with onboarding, notice creation, survey creation, and setup wizards.
• Mobile responsiveness: All pages use mobile-responsive patterns (2x2 grid tabs, stacked forms, fixed widths, no horizontal scroll).
• Design tokens: Colors and fonts are driven by CSS variables in src/index.css mapped through tailwind.config.js; headings use Plus Jakarta Sans, body uses Inter.
